BLVECLOVD — Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: May 15, 2026

BLVECLOVD operates as a structured, qualification-based advisory experience designed around preparation, strategic analysis, operational review, and reserved consultation capacity.

Because consultation availability, preparation time, analytical review, and operational scheduling are allocated in advance, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services unless otherwise stated in writing.

1. Consultation Fee Structure

Consultation fees secure:

  • reserved scheduling capacity

  • pre-session preparation

  • operational review

  • consultation analysis

  • advisory time allocation

  • strategic evaluation

  • internal preparation processes

Payment grants access to the BLVECLOVD consultation experience and advisory infrastructure, not a guaranteed result or outcome.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing, all consultation fees, deposits, retainers, preparation fees, and advisory payments are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • private consultation sessions

  • strategic advisory sessions

  • ecosystem evaluations

  • optimization reviews

  • preparation services

  • reserved consultation blocks

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • dissatisfaction with provider outcomes

  • lack of desired savings

  • denied applications or approvals

  • changing provider promotions

  • client implementation choices

  • subjective expectations

  • changes in client circumstances

  • perceived value differences after consultation delivery

3. Qualification & Access Enforcement

BLVECLOVD operates through an approval-based access system.

Clients may only proceed to scheduling and payment after receiving official approval or invitation communication from BLVECLOVD.

If a client:

  • bypasses qualification procedures

  • accesses unauthorized scheduling links

  • misrepresents eligibility

  • circumvents intended booking systems

BLVECLOVD reserves the right to:

  • deny service

  • cancel bookings

  • discontinue engagement

  • retain submitted payments

without refund.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule scheduled sessions with reasonable advance notice.

Rescheduling requests are subject to:

  • scheduling availability

  • operational capacity

  • consultation type

  • preparation status

BLVECLOVD reserves discretion regarding approval of rescheduling requests.

Repeated rescheduling, excessive postponements, or scheduling instability may result in cancellation of services or forfeiture of reserved consultation access.

5. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and maintaining readiness for scheduled sessions.

Late arrivals may result in:

  • shortened session time

  • reduced consultation scope

  • rescheduling fees

  • cancellation at BLVECLOVD’s discretion

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may be treated as a no-show.

No-show appointments are non-refundable.

6. Client Cancellation Requests

Clients may request cancellation of future scheduled services by contacting BLVECLOVD through official communication channels.

Cancellation requests do not guarantee refund eligibility.

Because preparation, scheduling allocation, and operational review often begin prior to the session date, cancellation alone does not eliminate associated operational costs or reserved capacity commitments.

7. Provider & Third-Party Limitations

BLVECLOVD is not responsible for:

  • provider pricing changes

  • service interruptions

  • promotion expirations

  • account denials

  • eligibility decisions

  • technical incompatibilities

  • third-party operational failures

Refunds will not be issued due to third-party provider outcomes outside of BLVECLOVD’s direct control.

8. Operational Discretion

BLVECLOVD reserves the right to:

  • decline services

  • discontinue engagements

  • postpone consultations

  • cancel sessions

  • modify scheduling structures

  • refuse future bookings

where necessary to protect:

  • operational integrity

  • scheduling capacity

  • professional standards

  • safety

  • service quality

  • business operations

Where BLVECLOVD elects to cancel a service before substantial preparation or consultation delivery has occurred, BLVECLOVD may, at its sole discretion, offer:

  • rescheduling

  • service credit

  • partial refund

  • full refund

No such remedy is guaranteed unless expressly stated by BLVECLOVD.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment disputes after receiving:

  • scheduling access

  • preparation review

  • consultation delivery

  • strategic analysis

  • advisory services

BLVECLOVD reserves the right to provide documentation, communication records, scheduling confirmations, policy acknowledgments, and service records in response to payment disputes.

10. Acceptance

By submitting payment, scheduling services, or engaging with BLVECLOVD consultations, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the non-refundable nature of applicable services and the operational structure of the BLVECLOVD advisory process.
