By submitting information, requesting access, scheduling services, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging with BLVECLOVD, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Qualification & Access Control

BLVECLOVD operates as a selective, qualification-based advisory system.

Submission of information, intake requests, or inquiries does not guarantee approval, scheduling eligibility, or service acceptance. Requests are evaluated based on operational fit, ecosystem complexity, alignment, and the potential for meaningful optimization.

BLVECLOVD reserves full discretion to approve, deny, postpone, or discontinue services at any stage prior to or following scheduling or payment.

Services are advisory in nature unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

Recommendations, analyses, or observations provided by BLVECLOVD do not constitute direct implementation, provider representation, managed services, or guaranteed execution unless separately agreed upon.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

BLVECLOVD does not guarantee:

  • financial savings

  • provider approvals

  • eligibility outcomes

  • pricing reductions

  • promotional access

  • technical compatibility

  • operational success

  • implementation results

All recommendations are based on information available at the time of review and are intended to support informed decision-making, ecosystem clarity, and optimization awareness.

Actual outcomes may vary based on:

  • provider policies

  • implementation decisions

  • client participation

  • market conditions

  • technical limitations

  • third-party operational environments

4. Payment & Access Policy

All consultation fees, deposits, retainers, preparation fees, and advisory payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

Payment grants access to:

  • consultation delivery

  • advisory guidance

Payment does not guarantee:

  • provider approvals

Clients may only proceed to payment after receiving official approval or invitation communication from BLVECLOVD.

If a client bypasses qualification procedures, accesses unauthorized scheduling systems, or circumvents operational controls, BLVECLOVD reserves the right to deny or discontinue service without refund.

5. Scheduling & Session Structure

Approved clients may receive access to a private scheduling process.

Consultations are conducted in a structured virtual format designed for:

  • ecosystem analysis

  • strategic evaluation

  • optimization guidance

  • implementation discussion

  • operational review

Clients are responsible for:

  • arriving on time

  • maintaining a stable communication environment

  • reviewing scheduling instructions

  • preparing relevant materials where appropriate

BLVECLOVD reserves discretion regarding rescheduling, cancellations, shortened sessions, or operational modifications where necessary.

6. Recording & Session Documentation

Sessions may be recorded or documented for:

  • service continuity

  • consultation review

By participating in BLVECLOVD services, clients consent to such recording and documentation practices where legally permitted.

Unauthorized recording, redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of BLVECLOVD consultations or proprietary materials is prohibited without written consent.

7. Pre-Session Submission Requirements

Clients may be required to submit:

  • billing information

  • screenshots

  • connected service information

  • ecosystem-related documentation

  • optimization goals

Failure to provide accurate, complete, or timely information may:

8. Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for:

BLVECLOVD is not liable for third-party actions, interruptions, denials, pricing changes, or operational outcomes.

10. No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

BLVECLOVD services do not constitute:

  • tax advice

  • accounting services

  • regulated professional representation

Clients should consult licensed professionals where appropriate.

11. Confidentiality & Secure Handling

BLVECLOVD is committed to handling client information with discretion and commercially reasonable operational safeguards.

Client information is used solely for:

  • service delivery

  • operational administration

BLVECLOVD does not knowingly sell personal client information.

Professional, respectful, and operationally appropriate communication conduct is expected throughout the engagement process.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLVECLOVD shall not be liable for:

  • denied applications

  • technical incompatibilities

  • opportunity losses

All implementation decisions, provider selections, and operational actions remain the responsibility of the client and applicable third-party providers.

BLVECLOVD’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid directly by the client for the specific service in question.

15. Intellectual Property

All BLVECLOVD systems, frameworks, branding, methodologies, visuals, recommendation structures, consultation materials, documents, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of BLVECLOVD unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be:

  • copied

  • redistributed

  • reproduced

  • republished

  • commercially exploited

without prior written permission from BLVECLOVD.

16. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

BLVECLOVD reserves the right to:

  • decline access

  • cancel consultations

  • suspend communication

  • discontinue engagements

  • refuse future bookings

where necessary to protect:

  • fees may be non-refundable
